1. Made-to-Order Policy

All canvas prints are made to order with precision and care. No excess stock is held, and each piece is produced specifically for the client who orders it.

Please allow 6–12 business days for production prior to shipment.

 

 

2. Editions & Artwork Integrity

This site offers both open edition and limited edition canvas prints.

  • Limited editions are released in small quantities and retired permanently once sold out.
  • Open editions are available in curated batches and may be retired at any time without notice.

3. Framing & Finishes

All artworks are available unframed, stretched (ready to hang), or framed in a floating style. Frame finishes include:

  • Natural oak
  • Black
  • Gold

Each piece is assembled with museum-quality materials and careful craftsmanship.

 

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within the UK only.
  • All artwork is shipped via tracked and insured courier.
  • Delivery is complimentary and fully protected.

5. Returns, Refunds & Satisfaction

All sales are final due to the made-to-order nature of the work.

If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact support@vikithorbjorn.art within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the packaging and the artwork.
  • We will arrange a replacement if damage or error is confirmed.
