PRINTED TO ORDER – please allow some time for my local printer to create your cushion. From you order to you receive it, it usually takes 6-12 weekdays. I strive to process and ship orders within 3 business days.
Cushions are made to order therefore not returnable. In the unlikely event your cushion arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage including the packaging and I'll arrange a replacement for you.

How much is shipping?
In the UK I offer free delivery.
How long does it take to ship the artwork?
I strive to process and ship orders within 3 business days. Sometimes, delivery delays are out of my control, but I do everything to ensure you receive your cushion as soon as possible.
Returns & refund
Returns due to damage or defective items
Accidents happen though this is rare. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately (within 1 day) if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Keep the original packaging and take photos of the damage to use as evidence.
And email the photos and as much details as you can to the purchase confirmation email containing your order details.
Change of mind returns
I'm unable to accept cancellations or returns.
All of my fine art prints and cushions are made to order, with love and care. For this reason I'm unable to accept returns, exchanges or change of mind as I do not hold stock.
As many of my art pieces are sent directly from a framer or fine art printer, please do not send your purchase back to the fine art printer, framer or manufacturer on your shipping label. I cannot guarantee that your purchase will be able to be received safely and this may result in a loss of your purchase.
